Setup

Kneel on the machine's rotating platform. Grip the handles or pads with your arms. Maintain an upright torso and neutral spine.

Instructions

1. Rotate your torso to one side using your obliques.
2. Stop at the peak of your range of motion.
3. Return to the center with control.
4. Repeat on the other side.
5. Keep your core tight.

Common Mistakes

1. Using the arms to pull.
2. Rotating too fast.
3. Losing upright posture.
