Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms (the “Subscription Terms”) explain how recurring subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and related payment matters are handled in connection with the services provided by Devellux Inc., 8 The Green, STE A, Dover, Kent, DE 19901, USA (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), through our website str8app.com, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

These Subscription Terms should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If there is a conflict, these Subscription Terms control with respect to subscriptions, recurring billing, renewals, cancellations, and related payment matters.

In these Subscription Terms, “you” means the person who purchases or manages a subscription or other paid offering through the Service.

  1. Subscription Model

The Service may offer access on a recurring paid subscription basis. Subscription plans may have different billing periods, including monthly, three-month, six-month, or annual periods. The subscription plans and billing periods available to you may change from time to time and may vary depending on the offer presented to you.

Before you complete a purchase, we will display the subscription plan currently available to you, including its price, currency, billing period, renewal terms, and other material purchase terms. The subscription plan and billing period you select and accept at checkout will apply to your purchase.

Subscription plans, billing periods, prices, and other offers available through the Service may differ depending on the purchase flow or promotional offer presented to you. The specific commercial terms displayed to and accepted by you at checkout will govern that purchase, subject to applicable law.

No free trial is provided unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.

  1. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew for successive billing periods under the subscription plan you selected at checkout, unless you cancel before the applicable renewal charge is processed. For example, a monthly subscription renews monthly, and an annual subscription renews annually, unless different renewal terms are clearly disclosed and you accept them before purchase.

By completing the purchase, you expressly authorize our payment provider and us to charge your selected payment method for the initial subscription fee and each recurring renewal charge, together with applicable taxes, at the price and billing frequency disclosed and accepted by you at checkout, subject to any subsequent price change made in accordance with these Subscription Terms and applicable law.

Your subscription begins when the initial payment is successfully processed, unless otherwise clearly disclosed at checkout.

Unless otherwise clearly disclosed at checkout, subscription fees are charged in advance for each applicable billing period.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide an advance renewal notice or reminder before an upcoming renewal.

Promotional, discounted and introductory pricing may be offered from time to time. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such offers apply only to the stated promotional period, and the subscription will renew at the then-applicable standard renewal price. 

  1. Payment Processing

Third-party payment providers, including Stripe, process payments. We may receive transaction status, the purchased product or plan, amount, currency, subscription status, refund status, and limited billing-related identifiers, but we do not generally receive or store full payment card details.

You are responsible for providing valid payment information and for paying the price, taxes, and other amounts clearly disclosed to you at checkout.

  1. Cancellation

You may cancel an active recurring subscription at any time before the next renewal charge is processed via the online subscription management or billing tools provided to you by the Service or our payment provider. If you subscribed online, you can use the same method to cancel the recurring subscription. You may also contact us at [email protected] for assistance with cancellation.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or provided in our Refund Policy, cancellation does not reverse a charge that has already been processed and does not create a right to a prorated refund for the current paid billing period. If you cancel your subscription without deleting your account, your paid access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

Deleting an account does not, by itself, cancel an active paid subscription. You must complete the subscription cancellation process through the applicable account settings, payment flow, or payment provider.

  1. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices prospectively. A price change will not retroactively change an amount already charged.

For an existing recurring subscription, any change to the subscription price will apply prospectively, no earlier than the next renewal period. We will provide any advance notice required by applicable law and obtain any additional consent required by applicable law before the new price takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

  1. Failed Payments

If a subscription or other payment is declined or cannot be processed, our payment provider or we may retry the payment, request that you update your payment method, suspend access to paid features, or cancel the applicable subscription or order.

You remain responsible for amounts validly due and authorized under your purchase, subject to applicable law.

  1. Changes or Discontinuation

We may modify or discontinue paid features or offerings from time to time. If we discontinue a paid offering in a manner that materially affects prepaid access, we will provide any remedy required by applicable law and, where applicable, our Refund Policy.

  1. Purchase Confirmation

After a successful subscription purchase, our payment provider or we may send you an electronic confirmation containing information about your purchase, recurring billing, and available cancellation methods. Please keep this confirmation for your records.

  1. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Changes that apply only to future purchases may take effect when the updated terms or offer are made available.

Changes that materially affect an existing subscription will apply prospectively and will be subject to any notice, consent, cancellation, or other requirements under applicable law. An update to these Subscription Terms will not retroactively change amounts already charged or reduce paid access for a billing period that has already been paid for.

  1. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits or excludes any non-waivable rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer protection law.
