Setup

Sit upright and secure your thighs. Grip the bar at the widest point with a pronated grip. Maintain a neutral, forward-facing neck.

Instructions

1. Pull the bar down to the base of your skull.

3. Squeeze the scapulae together.
4. Return to the top slowly.
5. Keep the torso vertical.
