This Policy explains how Devellux Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and uses your data and otherwise processes personal data in connection with STR8, str8app.com website, mobile application, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service,” and how you can control your information. Transparency is one of our core values, we believe there shouldn’t be any surprises about the data we collect and how we use it.

  1. Control Over Your Information
  • Access and update your information. You can access and edit most of your basic account information right in our Services. Just navigate to your settings to see the options available to you.
  • Delete your information. If you want to delete your account, follow the steps described in the account settings. Please note that some deleted account data is retained for legal, security, and business needs. For example, we’ll retain information about any purchases you may have made through the app, and when you accepted our Terms and this Privacy Policy.
  • Object to processing. Depending on where you live and the particular data we are processing, you may have the right to object to our processing of that information.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Opt out of certain marketing communications.
  • Lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority, depending on applicable law.
  1. Information We Process

When you use our Services, we collect information you provide to us or generate information when you use our Services.

Account Information: to use our Service, we may ask you to enter your name, email, weight, height, fitness level, areas for improvement and ask other onboarding questions.

Your Materials: our Service lets you upload, post, send, receive, and store content (including progress photos to track your fitness journey, such as before-and-after shots or workout milestones).


Usage Data: Information relating to your use of the Service, quiz interactions and timestamps.

Device and Technical Data: We may also automatically collect from your device language settings, IP address, time zone, type and model, device settings, operating system and other technical information. We need this data to provide our services (for example, to render a certain element of the product), analyze how you use the Service (for example, to know whether you use the features we release), and serve ads.

Payment Information: Subscription status, purchase records, billing period, transaction identifiers, payment method type, country, currency, amount, tax information, refund status, and other limited payment-related information made available by payment processors. The Company does not store full payment card details. For accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, we may retain limited card data (e.g., the first 6 and last 4 digits) solely for transaction identification and verification.

Marketing, Attribution, and Analytics Data: Advertising identifiers; email address; campaign identifiers; referral data; device identifiers; analytics events; attribution records; A/B testing results; and information about interaction with the website, application, or marketing campaigns.

Support and Communications Data: Information provided in support requests, feedback, correspondence, and service-related communications.

Service Providers. We share your information with our service providers, who process that information on our behalf. For example, we rely on such Service Providers to facilitate payments (Stripe), measure and optimize ad performance, or protect our services.

  • comply with any valid legal process, governmental request, or applicable law, rule, or regulation.
  • investigate, remedy, or enforce potential violations of Terms.
  • protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others.

International Data Transfers. We may collect your personal information, transfer it to, and store and process it in the United States or other countries outside where you live. Whenever we share information outside of where you live, we ensure safeguards are in place to protect the data as required by law where you live.

  • iOS (iPhone/iPad): open the Settings app on your device > Select Privacy > Apple Advertising > Deselect Personalized Ads.
  • Mac: choose the Apple menu  > System Settings, then click Privacy & Security (in macOS Monterey or earlier, go to System Preferences, click Security & Privacy, then select the Privacy tab). Then select Apple Advertising > Deselect Personalized Ads.
  • Android: open the Settings app on your device > Select Privacy > Advanced > Ads > Toggle “Opt out of Ads Personalization”.
  • Windows: click Start > Settings > Privacy, select the General tab, then toggle off the following option: Let apps use my advertising ID for experiences across apps (turning this off will reset your ID).

As a general rule, we keep information for as long as you tell us to, or as long as we need it to provide our Services, or as required by law.
