Setup

Stand facing a cable machine. Hold two handles attached to a high pulley. Maintain a slight forward lean and braced core.

Instructions

1. Extend one arm downward until it is fully locked.
2. Hold the other arm in a flexed position.
3. Alternate the extension between arms.
4. Squeeze the triceps at the bottom.
5. Keep elbows stationary.
