Setup

Anchor the band high. Kneel facing the anchor. Hold the band with a wide pronated grip. Sit tall with a neutral spine.

Instructions

1. Pull the band down toward your upper chest.
2. Drive the elbows down and back.
3. Squeeze the lats at the bottom.
4. Return to the top slowly.
5. Maintain an upright chest.

Common Mistakes

1. Leaning back too far.
2. Shrugging.
3. Partial range of motion.
