Setup

Lie on a flat bench. Hold a dumbbell with both hands over your chest. Maintain a slight bend in your elbows.

Instructions

1. Lower the dumbbell in a wide arc behind your head.
2. Bring the dumbbell back over your face in a controlled circular or straight motion.
3. Squeeze the chest and lats at the top.
4. Maintain core engagement.
5. Keep your back flat.

1. Arching the lower back.
