Setup

Sit and secure your thighs. Grip the bar as wide as comfortable with a pronated grip. Keep your chest up and shoulders down.

Instructions

1. Pull the bar down toward your upper chest.
2. Squeeze your shoulder blades together.
3. Control the ascent back to the starting position.
4. Feel the stretch in the lats.
5. Keep the core braced.
