Setup

Sit and secure your legs. Grip the bar with a supinated (underhand) grip at shoulder width. Sit upright.

Instructions

1. Pull the bar down to your upper chest.
2. Keep your elbows close to your body.
3. Squeeze the lats and biceps.
4. Slowly return the bar to the start.
5. Maintain a proud chest.

Common Mistakes

1. Flaring the elbows.
2. Shrugging.
3. Leaning back too far.
