Setup

Attach a close-grip (V-bar) handle to the pulley. Sit and secure your legs. Grip the handle and look slightly upward.

Instructions

1. Pull the handle toward your upper chest.
2. Drive your elbows close to your sides.
3. Squeeze your shoulder blades together.
4. Return the weight slowly to the top.
5. Maintain a neutral spine.

Common Mistakes

1. Shrugging.
2. Using excessive momentum.
3. Rounding the back at the bottom.
