Setup

Lie on an incline bench. Hold dumbbells with palms facing each other over your upper chest.

Instructions

1. Lower the weights in a wide arc.
2. Squeeze the upper chest to bring them back together.
3. Maintain a slight elbow bend.
4. Focus on the stretch.
5. Keep shoulders retracted.

Common Mistakes

1. Locking the elbows.
2. Using too much weight.
3. Losing the incline angle.
