Setup

Place the bar on your traps. Stand with feet closer than shoulder-width. Maintain a neutral spine and upright chest.

Instructions

1. Lower your hips until thighs are parallel to the floor.
2. Keep your weight centered on your midfoot.
3. Drive back up to a standing position.
4. Maintain knee alignment.
5. Keep the core engaged.
