Setup

Stand in front of a box. Step on the band and hold handles. Maintain a proud chest and braced core.

Instructions

1. Place one foot on the box.
2. Drive through the heel to step up.
3. Stand tall at the top.
4. Step down slowly with control.
5. Finish all reps before switching legs.

Common Mistakes

1. Pushing off with the floor foot.
2. Knee caving inward.
3. Rounding the back.
