Setup

Start in a kneeling position holding dumbbells in a goblet or suitcase position. Engage your core and maintain an upright torso.

Instructions

1. Step one foot forward into a lunge position.
2. Drive through the front heel to stand up fully.
3. Reverse the movement to return to kneeling.
4. Alternate the leading leg each rep.
5. Keep the chest lifted.

Common Mistakes

1. Leaning too far forward.
2. Slamming the knee on the floor.
3. Losing core tension.
