Setup

Lie on an exercise ball in an incline position. Hold a low pulley handle in one arm. Maintain a slight elbow bend.

Instructions

1. Pull the cable upward and across the center of your upper chest.
2. Squeeze the upper pec at the top.
3. Lower the arm slowly to the side.
4. Maintain a braced core for stability.
5. Keep a neutral spine.

Common Mistakes

1. Losing balance on the ball.
